The Client is interested in Staffing the above Support Role, although the resource will be working on several enhancements. The resource will work closely with the Business Users involved with the Financial Close Processing , Finance Business and DatawareHouse teams.

Requires strong technical  and communication skills to interact with the above teams directly and handle critical situations.

Years of Experience:  Total 5-7 Years IT Experience , of which  4-5 Years on Datastage.

Main activities include: User Support, User ticket Resolution, DataStage Trouble shooting, Data Issue resolution, DataStage Administration, Co-Ordinations with various teams like Admin team, ETL Team, Business etc., Batch Monitoring.

Experience in the Finance based Datawarehousing (Journals / Balances / Ledgers etc) will be a huge plus

Position Description:

Oracle EBS Developer

• Adept at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion.
• Proven background developing Web services, packages, procedures, and applications/modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs.
• Keen focus on performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, and department management teams.
• Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL and SQL*Plus
* 5+ years of experience with Oracle Forms & Application Object Library (AOL)
* Working knowledge of PL/SQL bulk programming
* Working knowledge of SQL performance tuning
* Working knowledge of Oracle Applications.
* Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database concepts
* Working knowledge of system development life cycle processes
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to interact with business users and business analysts
* Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.

Interview related details:

Candidates must be able willing/able to do an on-site interview on Thursday, April 26th between 9am and 1pm. (Location will be provided on Monday 04/23/2012).  But will be in San Diego area.

The interview will proceed as follows:
1.    Each applicant will be given the Technical Software Development Test (TSDT) which they will have 1 hour to complete.  Make sure to inform the applicants of the test.  Any applicant that refuses to take the test will be automatically rejected.
2.    If the applicant passes the TSDT with a score of 75% or greater they will be given the Cognitive Reasoning Test (CRT).  This is a verbal test in which the applicant is explained a problem/technical design.  Next, the applicant will be asked a series of questions about the problem/technical design to gauge their overall understanding of the problem domain.
3.    If the applicant passes the CRT with a score of 75% or greater they will be given a traditional one on one interview.
4.    Anyone who passes steps 1 through 3 will go through a finalist interview before engagement decisions are made.
